MY DIVERSITY & INCLUSION NETWORK

As Diversity Consultant & founder of Fronhofer Consulting which has its head office in Montpellier in the south of France, I am part of a large, national & international network of consulting experts. I am closely cooperating with other consulting firms & associations such as GoodsToKnow, Just Different or The Fresque de l'Equité, and I am an active member of the Chambre Professionnelle du Conseil (CPC, Occitanie) and its commission "Professionnalisation & Pérennisation", moreover Representative of the Délégation Montpellier. I am a member of FACE Hérault et Fronhofer Consulting collaborates with other businesses to fight exclusion. I am also an Associate Researcher of the Evolutionary Anthropology Lab (EVALAB, Institut des Sciences de l'Evolution, Montpellier, France) and of the Department of Applied Emotion and Motivation Psychology (University of Ulm, Germany).
So far, I have provided consulting services and trainings to private and public institutions, and have also been interviewed as diversity expert for FiGlobal Insights. My research has been funded by the CNRS and I have been involved in international, diversity-related research projects supported by the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service). I am a volunteer with SOS Homophobie, active member of the commission "Rapport Annuel". Partners
