We offer workshops on all topics related to D&I, microaggressions, stereotypes, inclusive management, etc. These workshops are interactive, dynamic and engage participants even more than the training sessions. During the workshops we will work in small groups, play games, do simulations, and we can also stage real-world scenes if you wish.

Microaggressions - a big deal!
Nina will approach this phenomenon from her perspective as a woman & linguist also integrating an intercultural perspective. We will discuss what "counts" as a microaggression, its significance in the workplace, and talk about the risks for victims of microaggressions. Above all, we will work on the different ways of reacting to microaggressions. |
