As researcher and life-long learner Dr. Nina-Maria Fronhofer commits herself to constantly engaging in training sessions and diversity-related research activities. In order to constantly deliver high quality workshops the participants and clients are invited to take part in anonymous questionnaires at the end of the each workshop or webinar.
PEDAGOGY & METHODOLOGY
I am not only a diversity & inclusion consultant and language scientist, but have long-standing experience in training diverse groups. I am adapting my methodology in function of the composition of the group, their individual previous learning experiences and self-set goals. I also strongly believe in the importance of learner autonomy which I encourage by alternating trainer-centred with participant-centred training phases. My pedagogy is activity-oriented and relates theoretical knowledge to real-world practice.
